DESIGNER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Thank you for your interest in becoming part of the Mirror Flip It creative community.
Mirror Flip It is built around hidden meanings, symbolic transformations, unique visual concepts, and creative freedom. We welcome artists, illustrators, designers, street artists, graphic creators, and visual storytellers who share our philosophy and aesthetic.
Before submitting your work, please carefully review the following guidelines.

Submissions that do not follow the required format may experience delays in review.
REQUIRED FILES
Each submission must include:
1. Production File
The final artwork in:

Minimum 4000 px on the longest side

High resolution suitable for garment printing
2. Preview Thumbnail
A smaller preview image in:

This file is used for initial evaluation and catalog review.
DESIGN REQUIREMENTS
All submitted artwork must:

OWNERSHIP AND RESPONSIBILITY
By submitting a design, you confirm and warrant that:

You are the creator of the artwork or have all necessary rights to submit it.

The artwork does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

The artwork does not violate copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other legal rights.
-
All elements included in the design have been legally created or licensed.
The submitting artist remains solely responsible for any legal claims, disputes, damages, or liabilities arising from the submitted artwork.
Mirror Flip It and LP Development shall not be liable for any copyright infringement claims, intellectual property disputes, trademark claims, legal proceedings, damages, costs, or losses arising from artwork submitted by third parties.
Artists agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mirror Flip It and LP Development against any such claims.

Mirror Flip It reserves the right to:

at its sole discretion.
ARTIST ROYALTY PROGRAM
Selected artists may be invited to participate in the Mirror Flip It Artist Program.
Approved artists may receive royalties on qualifying sales according to the terms of a separate Artist Agreement.
Royalty percentages, payment schedules, and participation conditions are determined individually and may vary by project.
Artists must be able to legally issue invoices, receipts, or equivalent documentation required by applicable laws in their country of residence.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LICENSE
By submitting artwork for review, you grant Mirror Flip It permission to evaluate, store, review, and internally discuss the submitted materials.
If a design is approved and accepted into the Mirror Flip It collections, additional licensing and commercial usage rights may be required before publication.
Mirror Flip It may request the execution of a separate Artist License Agreement before production and commercial distribution.
PROHIBITED CONTENT
Mirror Flip It reserves the right to reject artwork containing:

By submitting any design to Mirror Flip It, you represent and warrant that:

You have full authority to submit the artwork for commercial review and potential commercial use.

The artwork does not infringe the rights of any third party.

The artwork does not contain unauthorized copyrighted material.

The artwork does not contain unauthorized trademarks, logos, brand identities, characters, or protected intellectual property.

Any elements, references, photographs, textures, illustrations, AI-generated content, fonts, or other assets used within the design have been legally created, licensed, or obtained.
Artists remain solely responsible for ensuring that all submitted content may legally be used for commercial purposes worldwide.
PEOPLE, CELEBRITIES AND THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS
Designs containing identifiable individuals, celebrities, performers, athletes, politicians, influencers, public figures, or private individuals may require additional permissions.
Mirror Flip It reserves the right to request evidence of such permissions at any time.
Artists remain solely responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions, releases, licenses, or authorizations before submission.
Mirror Flip It accepts no liability for claims arising from the unauthorized use of a person's likeness, identity, image, reputation, or publicity rights.
AI-GENERATED CONTENT
AI-assisted or AI-generated artwork may be submitted only if the artist possesses all necessary commercial rights to the generated content.
The artist remains solely responsible for verifying that the submitted work does not violate copyrights, trademarks, licensing restrictions, platform policies, or third-party intellectual property rights.
Mirror Flip It reserves the right to reject AI-generated submissions at its sole discretion.

VERIFICATION REQUESTS
Mirror Flip It may request additional information regarding ownership, authorship, permissions, licenses, source files, or commercial usage rights.

Failure to provide requested information may result in rejection or removal of the design.
INDEMNIFICATION
The submitting artist agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mirror Flip It, LP Development, its owners, employees, contractors, partners, affiliates, and service providers against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, legal fees, or expenses arising from:

Unauthorized use of protected content

Violations of applicable laws
The artist accepts full legal responsibility for submitted content.
ROYALTY PAYMENTS
Approved artists participating in the Mirror Flip It Artist Program may receive royalties based on qualifying sales.
Royalty payments are calculated monthly.
To allow for refunds, returns, payment disputes, chargebacks, cancellations, and accounting reconciliation, royalties earned during a calendar month will normally be paid at the end of the following calendar month.
Example:
Sales generated during January will normally be calculated and paid at the end of February.
Sales generated during February will normally be calculated and paid at the end of March.
Mirror Flip It reserves the right to withhold, adjust, offset, or delay royalty payments where necessary to account for:

Fraud investigations

Accounting adjustments

Compliance requirements

Legal obligations
Artists are responsible for providing valid invoicing and payment information where required by applicable law.
DESIGN REVIEW NOTICE
Submission of a design does not create any obligation for Mirror Flip It to publish, sell, market, manufacture, license, or compensate the artist.
All submissions are reviewed individually and acceptance remains entirely at Mirror Flip It's discretion.
